COMPANY HISTORY
Palm Springs Real Estate was established in 2006, with its first office in Calle Helga Sohnel, 1 in Valle / Costa Tropical, Almunecar and in July 2013 the company moved to its present much larger premises at Plaza Madrid, 1, Almunecar. Further increasing the firm’s profile and providing a local service to residents and Non- residents of Costa Tropical, Salobrena , Motril also up towards Granada and towards the west of the coast of Malaga. The company is run by Johanna Schoemakers and her College Alan Javier Rangasamy who between them have over 25 years’ experience in the residential property market in Spain and abroad and together speaking Spanish, English, Dutch, French, and German and together with experienced negotiators and support staff.

Palm Springs Real Estate is a local independent firm, and not part of a large corporate group who use their estate agency outlets to sell financial services. Our town Centre office occupies a high profile location within 200 meters of Almunecar Coach Station and 50 meters from the beach. Our office is appointed to the highest standards and feature our very extensive internal and external window displays, allowing us to guarantee that all properties will be permanently on display.
